Our projects in France and internationally
Positive Planet was born in 1998, first internationally, then in 2006, after the death of Zyed and Bouna and the revolts in the suburbs, a French entity was created. In 2012, in addition to these two associations working in France and internationally, the Positive Planet Foundation was created to cut existing associations and develop the notoriety and advocacy of Positive Planet.
Founded in 2006, the association Positive Planet France thrives to fight against exclusion by supporting thousands of entrepreneurs every year in the creation of their business in the heart of working-class neighborhoods.
Positive Planet combines individual meetings, collective motivation, and offers to future entrepreneurs tailor-made, step-by-step, and free of charge support.
For more than 10 years, the NGO has created:
- 8,700 jobs
- 7,500 companies
2.2 billion people still live in poverty. Only the creation of stable jobs can help these people from falling into it. Since 1998, Positive Planet International has been creating sustainable development dynamics to support the most disadvantaged populations, in particular women and young people.
The activities of the NGO are rolled out each year through around forty sustainable projects in more than 20 countries.
